It was a privilege to speak in Spokane today and reflect on Dr. King's legacy. We must continue to have courageous conversations and build up our communities rather than give in to anger and fear. Today, I challenge everyone to join me in a commitment to public service and civility.
Last night we lost a sports broadcasting hero, Keith Jackson. He got his start at Washington State University after enrolling with the G.I. Bill and has since touched the lives of so many through college football.
